Cheyenne Tunic #2

This is my second Cheyenne Tunic by Hey June out of a block print cotton fabric from India. The fabric is very lightweight and so this became a perfect summer blouse. All seams are finished with french seams.

Modifications:
Shortened the length by 5cm
Omitted the pockets and sleeve tabs
Used 3 buttons

Agnes Top #2

This is another Agnes Top by Tilly and the Buttons. It's made from the left over "bunnies with glasses" jersey fabric (I made a nightgown earlier this year). Again, the only modification I did is placing the neckband at the rear back instead at the shoulder seam.

Cheyenne Tunic #1

Already in spring I made a Cheyenne Tunic by Hey June out of a block print cotton fabric from India. The fabric is lightweight and so this became a perfect summer blouse.

Modifications:
Shortened the length by 5cm.
Omitted the pockets.

As the pattern is a directional print, I took special care when cutting out the parts. I´m very satisfied with the final patteren distribution. All seams are made as french seams. Next time I consider using 3 buttons at the front placket, especially if using small ones.

The instructions are very well written and there is a very detailed sew along at Hey June´s website.

Agnes Top #1

Finally I made an Agnes Top by Tilly and the Buttons. The fit of size 3 is perfect for me and I plan  for making more of these wardrobe staple. I'm especially fond of the deep neckline - it's totaly my style.

Only modification: I placed the seam of the neckband at the rear back instead at the shoulder seam.

Mimi Blouse #2

This is my second Mimi Blouse from the book "Love at first stitch" by Tilly and the Buttons. Unfortunately I have to wait now for warmer weathers so I can wear it...

I used a lovely Liberty London cotton lawn for this version. And I found perfect matching buttons. This time I placed the first button a little higher up. Otherwise I havn't made any modifications to the pattern. The size 3 fits me very well.

Norma Blouse

Mimi Blouse #1
